CNC Cutting Machine
Our machines are equipped with Biesse CNC cutting systems. High-performance, flexible CNC Woodworking machinery with carpentry and large industrial solutions.
Edge Bander
Our workshop is equipped with Biesse Edgebanding Machines. Our automatic edgebanding machines are designed for artisan producers and companies looking for simplicity, customized production and flexible solutions.
Blaze 120 Hydraulic Hot Press
Woodyart Workshop has 1 Heat Press machine. Blaze 120 is a hydraulic hot press designed for pressing laminates and veneers onto MDF, plywood, and chipboard.
Thermic oil is used to ensure perfect gluing on steel plates with holes for circulation. Plates are ground flat to prevent glue spills and to ensure perfect flatness. For special applications, pressing surfaces can be ground and polished.
Thermic oil heating technology with maximum heating temperature of 120°C which is ideal for activating the glue for a perfect gluing.
Case clamps
Woodyart Workshop has 2 Case clamps machine. Small, medium, and large manufacturing plants will benefit from our case clamps for maximum time savings and flexibility. In order to close case goods, drawer boxes, etc., a pressing force is applied across the beam. In order to produce a good case, cabinet assembly should be done using modern assembly technology.
Mozaik CNC Programing
Woodyart workshop is digitized using the Mozaik CNC software. The Award Winning Mozaik™ CNC Version will take you from design to 100% machine ready G-Code with ease. It includes all the features of Mozaik™ Design, Mozaik™ Manufacturing, and Mozaik™ Optimization, plus CNC MDF Doors, CNC Dovetail Drawers, 100% machine ready GCode, as well as post processors for today's leading flat table CNC routers!
CNC DOVETAILER 750CN
Woodyart Workshop has 2 CNC DOVETAILER machine. The OMEC 750CN is a two-axis automatic dovetailer with touch screen computer numerical control offering a wide range of dovetail joints with optimized cycle times. The operator is prompted to enter the width of the drawer side to be machined and the dovetail pattern desired. With a variable pitch, you are no longer limited to working on fixed centers allowing for more flexibility for your specific needs. Blowout is minimized as the speed of the cut can be adjusted to accommodate the type of material and the joint being produced.
Automatic Spray Machine
Woodyart Workshop has 1 Automatic Spray machine. A high quality finish can be achieved with the Superfici America Compact automatic spray machine, thanks to its advanced technical specifications and high quality construction. In order to achieve high quality standards, the Compact Sprayer pays particular attention to the final product.
Robotic Sander
Woodyart Workshop has 1 Robotic Sander machine. Sanding, buffing, polishing, and cleaning applications can be performed with this electric random orbital sander. Unlike traditional air sanders, the Sander does not require an external air supply, so there are no additional costs or complexity, and no dust or noise.
Automatic Sander
The High Performance technology of electronic PAD and rollers on Biesse sanding machines, maintains the same sanding pressure, adapting to different surface thicknesses whilst applying a constant abrasive action to ensure optimum surface flatness.
